All loan writers must hold a minimum of Accredited Mortgage Consultant status with the MFAA or Associate membership with the FBAA and hold CertificateIV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) or Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management)

6. Copies of Certificate(s) of Insurance as applicable:
Ø Professional Indemnity Insurance – minimum cover of $2million required in all instances.
Ø Public Liability Insurance – minimum cover of $5million required if you operate from an office where you meet with clients. If all your appointments are held away from your office (eg at your client's
homes), this is not required.

7. Copy of COSL or BFSO or other ASIC approved external dispute resolution scheme membership certificate for Loan Consultant or sponsoring PLAN Australia Member, and in the latter case, written confirmation that the Loan Consultant is covered by their EDR membership.
